The air conditioning barely worked, leaving rooms uncomfortably warm!!! the noise levels during events were unbearable, making it hard to relax!!! Improve the bathroom amenities, as plumbing issues were quite annoying!!!

the location was gr8, beach was just a walk away. the staff were super friendly, which made the stay better. loved the variety of breakfast options! pools were nice and never crowded. overall, it was a chill spot for a family time.

We had a blast with the kids enjoying the fantastic outdoor pool and daily entertainment activities, which kept them busy every day. The place also had a nice garden area perfect for soaking up some sun or relaxing a bit. The only downside was a bit of a wait at check-in, but it was totally manageable, so just bring your patience! 🌞
